Our content

Failure Case videos and pages summarise the findings of official investigations and published reports, with sources linked in each video's description. Where we add our own analysis, we label it. The content is for general information and education only. It is not engineering, legal, financial or safety advice.

Accuracy and corrections

We work from primary sources and correct errors when they are shown to us with a source. Report one at hello@failurecase.com or in the comments of the video.

Ownership

Our videos, scripts, diagrams and website content belong to Failure Case. Quoted material, documents and images from third parties belong to their owners and are credited where used.

Failure Case Publisher

Failure Case Publisher is a private tool used only by the channel owner to publish to the Failure Case YouTube channel. It is not offered to the public. Its use of YouTube API Services is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service; see our privacy policy.
